Paul represents companies in all stages of development, from formation through sale. He often acts as outside general counsel to his clients and is involved in all aspects of their business, including debt and equity financings, leases and commercial contracts, employee hiring and firing, and the merger and acquisition transactions that represent pivot points in the lives of companies and their owners. Paul recognizes that responsiveness is absolutely essential, as his clients themselves are required to respond quickly in order to survive in a changing and challenging business environment. Paul likes practicing law, and enjoys engaging in the nitty-gritty of document drafting and legal problem solving, in addition to providing tactical and strategic counsel based on decades of experience.
In his free time, Paul enjoys fly-fishing, skiing, mountain biking and history. |
